Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
